CASINO EVENTS

Why have a casino party?
Casino parties are a great way to bring fun and excitement to a variety of events, including corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, weddings, and bar mitzvahs. They also are an effective fundraiser (see Fundraiser FAQ below). Guests will always remember your amazing event simply because you included a casino.

How does a casino party work?
Casino parties are typically scheduled for three hours. We can help you in planning all of the details of the event. Game On! delivery specialists will arrive well before the event start time to set up the event. Our dealers arrive 20 minutes before the start of the event for a detailed briefing to cover all of your specific instructions. There will always be a supervisor at the event who is your point of contact. The supervisor will take care of all the casino event details so you can enjoy the event and time with your guests. Our dealers will make sure that all of your guests enjoy their gaming experience. At the end of the event, we will tear down the event as quickly and carefully as possible.

How long are typical casino parties?
Casino parties typically last three hours. This gives your guests plenty of time to interact with one another, learn a new game, have fun, and maybe win a prize! Our equipment rentals include up to three hours of playing time. However, you can contract for any amount of time that you feel is appropriate for your event.

Can I extend the dealing time?
Most events can be extended beyond the three-hour contracted time for $50 per hour per dealer.

How many tables will I need for my casino event?
The amount of tables you will need for your event will depend on the number of guests you expect. We recommend enough tables for 60-70% of your guests to allow plenty player positions for those who want to play.

How are the dealers trained?
Game On!’s dealers are trained internally by experience trainers, many of whom have dealt in real casinos. Our dealers undergo rigorous training and we provide continuing education instruction to maximize dealer’s skill levels. Our dealers are committed to excellence in both skill and style when working your event.

Do we need to tip the dealers?
Tipping of the dealers is not required, but always appreciated. If you feel a dealer has gone above and beyond your expectations, please feel free to tip them at your discretion.

What if some of our guests do not know how to play the casino games?
Our dealers are happy to help your guests learn the different casino games.

What are some ideas for prizes?
Prizes for a casino party are always a huge hit! They do not have to be big or expensive prizes to make it fun. Guests like the idea of winning something, and it gives their chip value meaning. Consider the following criteria when picking your prizes:

  • The item should be of high quality so it reflects positively on your event.

  • It should be something that the majority of your guests would want.

  • The brand name should be recognizable in a positive way.

Gift certificates make great prizes. If you have a smaller budget, movie passes, lottery tickets, and car washes also make good prizes. The latest electronic devices are big hits.

How should we give the prizes away?
Prizes can be awarded to your guests in a variety of ways. Your first option is a general raffle. This is where your guests receive raffle tickets for a drawing based on the amount of money they have won at the end of the event. Another option is a specific drawing. This is where raffle tickets are dropped into jars placed in front of certain prizes. Vouchers also can be used to identify top winners at your event or used for an auction. These are just some examples of how you can utilize a casino party to award your prizes. Our staff will help you identify the perfect scenario for your event.
